A new software application on the website, 'GroupImageConverter'. It is a modern replacement for 'BatchImageConverter' and offers the ablity to not only convert image type but also adjust the image size. It is a simple tool, takes up very little disk space and only needs .NET 3.5 to run. It is mainly intended for people that need to resize and/or change type of a large number of images in one pass.

Currently the resizing is based on a user entered target size, rather than a proportional resize based on the original image size. I might add that later if I get a chance to.
