Michael Pearce  ...]]> Group Image Converter http://www.mickp.net/BlogView.aspx?pageid=0&mid=1&ItemID=5 Mon, 01 Jun 2009 18:38:35 GMT http://www.mickp.net/BlogView.aspx?pageid=0&mid=1&ItemID=5 http://www.mickp.net/BlogView.aspx?pageid=0&mid=1&ItemID=5 A new software application on the website, 'GroupImageConverter'.  It is a modern replacement for 'BatchImageConverter' and offers the ablity to not only convert image type but also adjust the image size.  It is a simple tool, takes up very little disk space and only needs .NET 3.5 to run.  It is mainly intended for people that need to resize and/or change type of a large number of images in one pass.

Currently the resizing is based on a user entered target size, rather than a proportional resize based on the original image size.  I might add that later if I get a chance to.

Trying to sort the whole mess out with BT is a true nightmare.  I thought Telstra in Australia was bad...

If you need to contact me in the interim, I will check email infrequently so my UK mobile is the best option.

We have moved now and although normality has not yet been reached as things settle down I hope to blog a little more regularly, starting with a number of blog posts covering our move.
